Amrit Paudel — Business Consultant
Amrit handles registration and advisory: choosing between a firm and a Pvt. Ltd., getting the objectives and capital structure right at incorporation, the OCR and CAMIS filing itself, and the sector licences that sit on top — food, tourism, health, construction, foreign employment. He writes the guides on this site, which are researched from the Acts and Rules rather than from other people’s summaries; where a published figure is disputed or inconsistent, the guides say so instead of picking one.
What we actually do
Two halves, and most clients eventually need both.
- Getting registered — name reservation, MOA and AOA, OCR filing through CAMIS, PAN and VAT, ward registration and the local business licence, and whichever sector licence applies to what you are opening.
- Staying compliant — appointing the auditor and notifying the OCR within fifteen days, the audit, the annual filing to the OCR, the income tax return, monthly VAT and TDS, EXIM renewals, and bringing companies up to date when they have fallen behind.

How we work
- We tell you the cheaper answer when there is one. Plenty of businesses do not need what they came to ask for — a domestic staffing business does not need a foreign employment licence, a language institute is not an education consultancy, and a farm needs no licence at all. Saying so costs us a sale and saves you a great deal.
- We check the current rule before filing, not after. Subordinate rules in Nepal are amended often and published guidance goes stale fast; the figures that matter get confirmed with the office concerned.
- Everything runs over WhatsApp. You send documents, we file, you get the certificate. No office visits unless something genuinely needs you in a room.

Some of the work does not need us at all. The MOA generator and AOA generator produce the constitutional documents in the standard format for you to check, sign and file yourself. The directory of 104 business types tells you which licence chain applies to your line of business, whoever ends up doing the filing.
